"Non-Cash Convertible Prize"
1. DESCRIPTION
The "GIVEAWAY – BZR STREET STYLE" advertising contest is an advertising contest organized and promoted by Limite Radical, Lda., a private limited company, with headquarters at Avenida de São Rosendo n.º 57, in Santo Tirso (4780-364), registered in the Santo Tirso Commercial Registry Office, with the VAT number 507538129, and with a share capital of 450,000.00 euros (four hundred and fifty thousand euros).
The aforementioned contest aims to promote the goods of the brand BZR Street Style, commercialized by Limite Radical, Lda.
The referred contest will have 1 (one) edition, starting at 00h00 of 12 May 2023 and ending at 23h59 of 01 June 2023.
The GIVEAWAY – BZR STREET STYLE contest consists on the creation and sharing of a post (reels or photo) where a look inspired on the singer Rosalía is created, using at least 2 articles of BZR Street Style. In the sharing of the post, participants must identify the following Instagram account @bzr.streetstyle.
The contest will count with 2 (two) winners who, in addition to winning 2 (two) double tickets for the concert of the singer Rosalía, at Primavera Sound Festival, will also receive the reimbursement of the amount spent on the 2 BZR Street Style items of higher value, for the creation of the content look. The participation, selection and awarding of the prize in the contest is regulated by this regulation.
2. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
This contest takes place solely and exclusively on the lnstagram social network.
Any citizen resident in Portugal and over 18 years old at the beginning date of the competition and with a user account on Instagram can participate.
3. DURATION
The "GIVEAWAY – BZR STREET STYLE" contest will run from 00h00 on 12 May 2023 until 23h59 on 1 June 2023, time zone UTC/GMT +01:00 Europe/Lisbon.
All entries before or after this date and time will not be considered.
4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
All participants must:
- Have a public Instagram profile;
- Follow the @bzr.streetstyle Instagram profile;
- Purchase at least 2 (two) BZR Street Style items, at Limite Radical, Lda. to use in the content produced;
- Share a post (reels or photo) recreating a Rosalía inspired look with at least 2 (two) BZR Street Style items;
- Identify the @bzr.streetstyle Instagram profile in the post;
- Have a public number of likes from the post;
- The participants will have to keep proof of purchase of BZR Street Style products, made at Limite Radical, Lda., so that they can present it in case of being the selected ones.
5. WINNERS
The winners will be selected according to the engagement rate of the post.
This way, once the sweepstake is over, the engagement rate of each of the posts will be calculated using the following formula:

After this calculation, the winners will be the two participants with the highest engagement rate on the post.
The winner will be chosen at the premises of Limite Radical, Lda. by 3 (three) elements of the Marketing Department, according to the mentioned criteria.
There will be chosen 2 (two) winners and 2 (two) alternates, being that the same contestant cannot be, simultaneously, winner and alternate, or alternate twice.
The winners will be contacted through the Instagram account they used to participate in the competition, without prejudice to later contact being established by other means agreed between Limite Radical, Lda. and the winners, namely the email address.
If it is not possible to contact the winners, after the second attempt of contact, the first substitute will be contacted and, if necessary and under the same conditions, the second substitute will be contacted.
The winners will be announced on the 2nd of June 2023 (if it is not possible to contact the winner, Limite Radical, Lda. will announce the winner no later than the 5th of June 2023).
6. PRIZES
The prizes will be the same for both winners, that is, 2 (two) tickets for Rosalía's concert at NOS Primavera Sound Festival plus the reimbursement of the amount spent in the 2 (two) articles of higher value, purchased in BZR Street Style for the creation of the content.
The awarding of the prize is subject to the scrupulous fulfilment of this regulation.
Due to force majeure, Limite Radical, Lda., duly authorised by the City Council of Santo Tirso, reserves the right to replace the identified prize by an equivalent one.
Upon receipt of the prize, the winners must sign a declaration proving receipt of the same.
7. EXCLUSION FROM PARTICIPATION
BZR Street Style reserves the right to disqualify, excluding the participant and refusing to award the prize, any participation that does not comply with the previous points.
It is also considered fraudulent and will be excluded all entries that fall into one or more of the following situations:
- Have been made by any other means not specified by the regulation of the contest;
- Suspected manipulation, modification, deletion or suppression of data or software associated with the contest in order to influence it in an improper or unfair way to other participants;
- Suspicion of use of computer programs, or any other technical artifices (commonly known as "hacking" or "cheating"), allowing automatic participations.
Participations considered fraudulent will be reported to the competent authorities, and may be subject to legal action.
8. ADVERTISING
The present advertising contest will be promoted in the official Limite Radical, Lda. pages, as well as in its social networks, without prejudice to adopting, if it so wishes, other means, such as advertisements and web forms, indicated for the effect.
The communications and advertisements provided for in these regulations shall be published under the same terms.
9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
During the processing of this contest, Limite Radical, Lda. will process personal data of the participants (specifically the name, identification on Instagram social network, photo(s) in the contest and contact).
Limite Radical, Lda. will collect the data of the participants who have won the prizes (specifically, their name, citizen card number, taxpayer number and full address).
The personal data collected will be kept for the duration of this advertising contest. After the determination of the results and the awarding of the prize, the personal data of the winning participants will be kept for the legally required period of time or until the rights resulting from the advertising contest expire.
The personal data collected will be used solely and exclusively for the purpose of processing the competition, determining the winners of the competition and awarding the prizes, and will be treated in compliance with the legislation on personal data protection, namely Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and Law No. 58/2019, of 8 August, guaranteeing Limite Radical, Lda. the security and confidentiality of the treatment, as well as the exercise of the rights of the holder of the personal data, under the terms and through the means mentioned in its privacy policy.
Participants acknowledge and accept that the processing of their data is necessary for the purposes of processing the competition and determining the winners. The winner accepts that the collection of his/her personal data is necessary and obligatory for prize delivery and tax purposes.
The personal identification data obtained may be made available for the purposes of determining civil and criminal liability, under the terms of the applicable legislation.
Notwithstanding what is stipulated in the previous numbers, the provisions of the data protection policy in force at Limite Radical, Lda. will apply, available for consultation on its website.
10. FINAL PROVISIONS
By participating in the contest, are automatically accepted the terms of the regulation and abide by the rules and conditions set out therein.
Limite Radical, Lda. reserves the right to change the regulation, whenever it deems necessary.
The participant will keep Limite Radical, Lda. free of any claims as a consequence of damages and losses that may derive from the activity that he/she will carry out in relation to the prize awarded.
The winners authorize BZR Street Style to disclose their names and photos in communication actions related to this contest, without being entitled to any compensation.
Limite Radical, Lda. reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel this contest, if circumstances of force majeure occur, always observing the applicable legal provisions and with the knowledge of the City Council of Santo Tirso.
Any and all illicit and illegal actions to obtain any competitive advantage during the course of this contest will be considered fraudulent.
If a situation arises that is not provided for in this Regulation, it will be up to Limite Radical, Lda. its interpretation and resolution, in accordance with the rules and spirit of this regulation.
Limite Radical, Lda. is not responsible for any error, human or technical, which may occur during the processing of the contest, which does not result from willful misconduct or mere guilt and disclaims any liability arising therefrom.
